Can I get my Subscription order earlier?

If you need more lenses earlier than your scheduled subscription dispatch you should order an Emergency Shipment.

  • Log in to your Account.
  • Go to "Subscriptions".
  • Select the relevant subscription from the list.
  • Select 'Order Emergency Shipment’.
  • Place Order.
  • No need to re-enter payment details unless you wish to use a different card or your card has expired.
  • Your order will typically be delivered within 5 business days from shipping.
